Do I need to register on Made 4 Museum site to place an order?
You will be prompted to visit Sign In/Register upon checkout; however, you are not required to register to shop with us online. You may choose to checkout as a guest, but we do recommend registering for greater ease of shopping. When you register, you may create a My Account profile, view your order history, enter address book information, and set up occasion reminders. Please note that you must be registered and signed in to take advantage of your Member discount.
What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal. You may also redeem an eGift certificate or use online store credit in your account as a method of payment.
Can I purchase a Membership online?
Yes, you can purchase a Membership for yourself or as a gift, as a Member, you will be immediately eligible to receive your 10% Member discount.
Is my Member discount available online?
Yes. To receive your Member discount, simply register with Made 4 Museum and enter your Membership number on the Billing Address page. Then each time you sign in to shop with us, the purchase price you see will automatically reflect your 10% discount. If you have recently become a Member and have already registered with us, you can add your Membership number to your profile at any time by signing into My Account.
Does Made 4 Museum offer gift messages?
Yes. During checkout, on the Order Review page, you will have the option to include a free gift message with each shipment.
Can I place a tax-exempt order online?
We honor the tax-exempt status of eligible institutions, however, we are unable to process tax-exempt orders through Made 4 Museum online. Please contact Customer Service and a representative will gladly instruct you to mail or fax your order with a copy of your exemption certificate.
Will tax be applied to my order?
There is no tax on the purchase of Memberships or eGift certificates. Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to California.
What shipping options are available?
For orders in the United States, we offer standard, Fedex Ground options. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. For further information about delivery, please contact Customer Service.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges vary based on delivery location. Memberships are sent by standard mail only, free of charge. We will gladly ship your order to any country around the world, however, recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (brokerage fees apply to all Canadian addresses, and to some other locations). Some additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous U.S. and international delivery; and oversized items sculpture will incur a shipping surcharge. Can my order be shipped to a different address or to more than one address?
Yes. You can choose to ship your items to your credit card billing address, or you can designate other shipping address(es) at checkout. To do so, on the Order Review page, click ' Ship to Multiple Addresses' to be taken to a page where you can indicate shipping options for each item in your order. You may store multiple addresses (both for yourself and for gift recipients) within your Address Book in My Account.
How can I find out the status of my online order, or change or cancel my order?
Once you have registered at Made 4 Museum online, you will be able to check the status of any order by visiting My Account . If you wish to change to or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service and provide the order number found in your order confirmation email or the email that you used during checkout, and we will be happy to assist you.
What is Museum Made 4 Museum online return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund or exchange merchandise that is current and in salable condition. For details of our online and retail store refund policy, including return shipping instructions, see Returns and Exchanges. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact Customer Service for instructions. Gift recipients will receive a refund check by mail for the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. Without a packing slip, a refund will be issued at the lowest selling price. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Made 4 Museum makes every reasonable effort to ensure the security of transactions that occur on our website. We utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts your credit card number, name, and address so this information is rendered unreadable should someone try to intercept it. Made 4 Museum is also a VeriSign Secure Site and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, which ensures security and protection of sensitive customer credit card information. To help address concerns about possible hacker access to your confidential data, our site is also is tested and certified daily to pass the 'McAfee Secure' Security Scan.
Is Made 4 Museum website compliant with EU privacy standards?
The Made 4 Museum Store adheres to the most stringent data protection standards in the U.S., however, please be advised that when placing an order through Made 4 Museum website, your personal data will be protected in accordance with United States law but may not be at the same level of protection as legally required in the European Union. If you are shopping with us and your billing or shipping address is in the European Union, you will be asked to consent to Made 4 Museum EU Data Protection Disclosure upon checkout.

If an item is "Temporarily Back Ordered," what does this mean?
On occasion, high demand may cause us to run out of stock on certain items. You may still add these items to your shopping bag, and we will retain these open items as "back orders." We will inform you of any delay in shipping that exceeds 30 days. Your credit card will not reflect any charges for these items until they are shipped to you.

Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders as we can not accept these forms of payment.
Membership and Member's Discount
You can purchase a Membership for yourself or as a gift, and as a Member; you will be immediately eligible to receive your 10% Member discount. Memberships are sent standard mail free of charge. Please note that personal Memberships can only be sent to the purchaser's billing address and that each gift Membership requires a separate name and shipping address.
Special Offers and Promotions
If you have received a promotion code via Made 4 Museum simply enter it during checkout on the Order Review page, and your savings will appear. Please note that promotion codes are case-sensitive, only one code can be entered per order, minimum order total requirements (excluding tax, shipping /handling, and gift wrap charges) must be met for each order, and the code must not be expired.Tax Information

Shipping and Handling
We will gladly ship your order to any country around the
world. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage

locations). Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and order total.
Note that some additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous U.S. and
international delivery; and over sized items some sculpture will incur a
shipping surcharge.
Express and Priority Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

eGift Certificates and Store Credit
Made 4 Museum eGift Certificates can be sent as gifts via email. The eGift Certificates are available in any denominations When purchasing an eGift Certificate, be sure to verify that you have correctly entered the recipient's email address as eGift certificates can only be redeemed by the owner of the email address entered. We unfortunately cannot redirect or refund eGift Certificates sent to an incorrect email address. See Terms & Conditions below.
Redeeming an eGift Certificate
In order to redeem your eGift Certificate you will need to sign into Made 4 Museum using the email address at which you received the eGift Certificate so that we may verify the email address. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Redeem an eGift Certificate" link in the Additional Services area on the Order Review page. You will need to enter the claim code located in the email you received from Made 4 Museum web sit. If the amount of the eGift Certificate does not cover the order total, you will need to pay the balance by credit or debit card. If the amount of the eGift Certificate exceeds the order total, the balance will be converted to Store Credit that will then be stored in your account and applied automatically to your next order. - eGift Certificates may only be redeemed at our website, http://www.made4museum.com
- You cannot use an eGift Certificate to purchase another eGift Certificate.
- The eGift Certificate has no cash redemption value and is not transferable.
- eGift Certificates cannot be canceled by the purchaser of the eGift Certificate once they have been redeemed in part or in full.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's account with Made 4 Museum and is not transferable. Your balance can be viewed at any time in the 'My Account' section of the Museum Made 4 Museum website, under Order History.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the eGift Certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your eGift Certificate before the expiration date that appears on the certificate. eGift Certificates and unused portions of eGift Certificates expire one years from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once the certificate has expired we are unable to extend the expiration date under any circumstances.
- If you cancel an order for any item you have purchased by redeeming your eGift Certificate, your account on Made 4 Museum will be credited with the amount redeemed.
- Made 4 Museum will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained eGift Certificate is either redeemed through the Made 4 Museum website or redeemed and used to make purchases on Made 4 Museum website.
